Terms & Conditions
All orders placed by customers with Classic's Food and all sales of goods by Classic's Food are subject to the Terms and Conditions below. Classic's Food reserves the right to alter any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations will apply to orders received after that time.
Classic's Food reserves the right to alter the price of goods at any time before delivery to reflect any increase in cost to Classic's Food, any change in delivery details or quantities, or any delay caused by the customer.
Payment can be made by any method specified on the Checkout page of our website. Classic's Food will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but Classic's Food cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Payment of the total order price, together with the delivery charge, will be debited from the customer's account prior to the goods being delivered. If the customer's card issuer fails to make any payment of the price or any delivery charge on behalf of the customer, Classic's Food shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries.

Classic's Food make very effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays or increased timescales may occur during the busy season.
Classic's Food can estimate a time for delivery of goods, but customers shall understand that it is an estimate. Classic's Food shall not be liable for any loss caused to the customer as a result of failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date or such other date or time as may be subsequently agreed.
Customers must inform Classic's Food if there are any specific instructions with regards to delivery, for example if the delivery address may be difficult for the driver to find. Classic's Food shall not be liable for any loss caused to the customer as a result of failure to provide such instructions.
Customers have the opportunity to inform Classic's Food if they would like the goods to be left with a neighbour or in a garden shed, etc. If customers request for goods to be left unsigned for, it is vital that they leave a signed note/message on the outside of the property which the driver can take for our records.

When customers place an order or register on our website, certain information is required, including name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, and credit/debit card details. Classic's Food works in partnership with Sage Pay to provide high levels of security to ensure confidential and sensitive information is not compromised.
Classic's Food may use the information that you provide for customer, market and product assessment and analysis, for the prevention and detection of fraud, and for any prize draws or competitions customers enter.
Classic's Food may disclose your information to anyone to whom Classic's Food transfers or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with the customer, and/or if Classic's Food has a duty to do so or if the Law allows us to do so.

Any frozen food once delivered can't be returned and will not be refunded unless a gross defect found in the product.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery or if the customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.
The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the customer until Classic's Food has received in full the total order price and delivery charge.
Until such time as the goods passes to the customer, Classic's Food shall be entitled at any time to require the customer to deliver up the goods to Classic's Food.
The customer shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of Classic's Food. If the customer does so, all monies owing by the customer to Classic's Food shall become due and payable.
Customer's Right to Cancel
Any order can be cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Once you have notified Classic's Food that you are cancelling the order, Classic's Food will refund or recredit you within 30-days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card.
